Editorial & Quality Standards

  • Depth & Originality: We only accept comprehensive, original articles (1,500 to 2,500 words) that offer actionable reader value. No generic listicles or rehashed summaries.
  • Evidence-Based Citations: Every factual claim, hypertrophy mechanism, or macronutrient guideline must cite peer-reviewed academic literature.
  • Zero Commercial Links: Guest articles may not contain spammy promotional links, affiliate redirects, or sponsored product placements.
  • Clear Explanations: Complex sports science concepts must be communicated in clear, engaging, and professional English suitable for motivated readers.
